We are all fully trained Mediators, through CEDR’s (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) accredited training programme. This is an internationally recognised benchmark for mediation excellence. Since mediation is still in its infancy in dealing with commercial disputes, there are no current statutory qualifications required to mediate. Given that CEDR is widely acknowledged as being the leading provider of mediation skills training and of continuing professional development, you can be assured that one of our mediators will have the required competencies to help you with your dispute. Furthermore, we participate in the CEDR Exchange which is a network for CEDR Accredited mediators to participate in regular forums for the sharing of knowledge and best practice.
