Why Use MBTI?

MBTI

MBTI allows true insight into not only individuals, but the way in which they interact...

MBTI is based on preferences and allows true insight into not only individuals, but the way in which they interact in teams and how others perceive us.

MBTI was designed by a mother/daughter partnership who wanted to test out theories first identified by Carl Jung who suggested that people had different preferences which give them a different perspective on situations.

We know that differing perspectives and attitudes are highly relevant to understand how individuals and organizations interact and the needs of people in relation to motivation and leadership.  By understanding each other (and ourselves) more fully we see:

  • Improved Communication
  • Better Co-operation
  • More effective teams
