Our background is within the professional services sector in the provision of construction related consultancy services. We have worked predominantly in the public sector, providing a range of services to clients in the housing, education and other public sector bodies. We also support SME (Small Medium Enterprise) businesses in the construction industry by providing strategic support and advice in helping them deliver their business and to improve their efficiency.
We concentrate on promoting collaborative working principles and of working within integrated teams to deliver successful projects. As a result we focus on the 'people' side of construction and specialise in teambuilding, developing partnering relationships and maximising efficiency in project delivery through implementing aspects of lean construction and developing integrated project teams and supply chains.
